As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in my client's employee experience. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across core functions (HR, Finance & IT) to simplify the process in which employees can access vital information needed to complete their work, by amalgamating & improving various existing help desk functions. Due to the nature of this project, this role requires a Business Analyst with experience using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and document detailed business and functional specifications.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications, to guide development and implementation efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst utilising ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrable background working on Help/Service Desks & user experience-based projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in utilising Gen-AI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Experience with process modelling tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus.
